कक्षा 6 और 7 के परिणाम से जुड़े सभी महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश – हिंदी में

1. प्रत्येक विषय के लिए “Result” टैब में यूनिट टेस्ट, अर्धवार्षिक परीक्षा और वार्षिक परीक्षा के अंक दर्ज करें।

2. अंक प्रविष्टि (Marks Entry) स्टाफ लॉगिन से (जिन विषयों को शिक्षक से जोड़ा गया है) और स्कूल लॉगिन से ही की जा सकेगी।

3. आपको केवल यूनिट टेस्ट, अर्धवार्षिक और वार्षिक परीक्षा के अंक भरने हैं। इसके अलावा, “Competency Based Assessment” के लिए OCR अपलोड अलग मॉड्यूल से करें।

4. अगर छात्र परीक्षा में अनुपस्थित है तो “-1” अंक दर्ज करें और अगर मेडिकल कारणों से अनुपस्थित है तो “-2” अंक दर्ज करें।

5. अगर कोई छात्र किसी अन्य स्कूल से स्थानांतरित होकर आया है, तो उसके अंक वर्तमान स्कूल द्वारा पिछले स्कूल की अनुशंसा के आधार पर दर्ज किए जाएंगे।

6. सभी परीक्षाओं के लिए हिन्दी, अंग्रेज़ी, गणित, विज्ञान, सामाजिक विज्ञान और तीसरी भाषा (जो छात्र के लिए निर्धारित की गई है) के अंक स्कूल द्वारा दर्ज किए जाने अनिवार्य हैं।

7. यह जरूरी नहीं है कि छात्र सभी परीक्षाओं (Unit Test I, II, III, Half Yearly, Annual, और Competency Based Assessment) में शामिल हो।

8. प्रगति रिपोर्ट (Progress Report) में केवल “Promotion” का विकल्प उपलब्ध है, भले ही छात्र के अंक 36% से कम हों।

9. कक्षा 6 और 7 के छात्रों के लिए कोई ग्रेस (Grace Marks) या पुनः परीक्षा (Re-Exam) का विकल्प नहीं है।

10. इन कक्षाओं के लिए पूरक परीक्षा (Supplementary) या कम्पार्टमेंट (Compartment) का कोई प्रावधान नहीं है।

11. अंतिम परिणाम “Competency Based Assessment” और परीक्षा प्रदर्शन के आधार पर तैयार किया जाएगा।

12. हर विषय और कुल प्रदर्शन के आधार पर ग्रेड (A, B, C, D, E) दिए जाएंगे।

13. मुख्य विषयों (Main Subjects) के लिए ग्रेडिंग इस प्रकार होगी:

• 0% – 30% : E

• 31% – 50% : D

• 51% – 70% : C

• 71% – 85% : B

• 86% – 100% : A

14. अन्य विषयों (Other Subjects) के लिए ग्रेडिंग इस प्रकार होगी:

• 0% – 40% : D

• 41% – 60% : C

• 61% – 75% : B

• 76% – 90% : A

• 91% – 100% : A+

15. हर स्कूल के लिए अलग-अलग मार्कशीट जनरेट की जाएगी।

Make entry of Marks for Unit Tests, Half Yearly and Annual Examination in “Result” Tab for each
Subject.
2. Marks will be entered through Staff Login for the mapped Subject/s and School Login.
3. Just Feed the Marks of Unit Tests, H/Y and Annual Examination as per above Maximum Marks and
upload OCR for Competancy Based Assessment through separate Module.
4. Mark “-1” for Absent and “-2” for Medical of the Student in Marks Entry Module.
5. If the Student transferred from other School then the Marks of Examinations will be filled in current
school on recommendation of previous school.
6. Marks should be entered by the Schools for all the Examinations in Hindi, English, Mathematics,
Science, Social Studies and III Language (As per Mapped for students)
7. It is not compulsory that the student will appear in all Examinations i.e. Unit Test I, Unit Test II, Unit
Test III, Half Yearly and Annual Examination along with Competency Based Assessments.
8. Only “Promotion” option is there in Progress Report, even the student get less tthan 36%
Marks.
9. No Grace/Re-Exam option is there for Class 6 and 7 Students.
10. No Supplementary /Compartment option is there for this Class group.
11. Final Result will be generated as per Competency Based Assessments and Examination performance.
12. Subject wise and Over All Grade (A,B,C,D and E) will be generated on the basis of Examination
performance.
13. Grading for Main Sub.- (0-30%) – ‘E’. (31-50%) – ‘D’, (51-70%) – ‘C’ , (71-85%) – ‘B’, (86-100%) –
‘A’
14. Grading for Other Sub.- (0-40%) – ‘D’. (41-60%) – ‘C’, (61-75%) – ‘B’ , (76-90%) -‘A’, (91- 100%) –
‘A+’
15. Separate Marksheet will be generated for the School
For Result of Class 6 and 7, Click on “Show Students” after Selection of Class and Section and Click on Generate Result and before “Verify Result” Check the Marks entered and Greensheet are correct.

Result – Progress Report of the Students for Class 6 and 7 will be generated through “Shikshak App” Tab on School Login after “Generation and Verification of Result as in above Format where Printout of the Marksheet includes Local Exam Marks and Competency Based Assessment (CBA/MSRA) along with Subject wise competencies.
As Half Yearly has been conducted in December, 2024 with the weightage of 50+20 (Written+Oral) and after that in January 2025, Competency Based Assessment (CBA/MSRA) was conducted with the
weightage of 20 and Half Yearly Marks have been reduced to 35+15 (Written +Oral), Fill the Marks in
“Result Entry Module” as that were conducted and check it in “Show Greensheet” option that the Marks automatically converted as in below Format.

1. कक्षा 6 और 7 के छात्रों की प्रगति रिपोर्ट “Shikshak App” टैब के माध्यम से स्कूल लॉगिन पर तैयार (Generate) की जाएगी।

2. यह रिपोर्ट तभी बनेगी जब ऊपर बताए गए प्रारूप (Format) के अनुसार परिणाम तैयार (Generate) और सत्यापित (Verify) किया जा चुका हो।

3. इस मार्कशीट के प्रिंटआउट में स्थानीय परीक्षा (Local Exam) के अंक और “Competency Based Assessment (CBA/MSRA)” के अंक शामिल होंगे। साथ ही हर विषय के अनुसार Competencies (कौशल) भी दिखाई देंगे।

4. चूंकि अर्धवार्षिक परीक्षा दिसंबर 2024 में आयोजित की गई थी, जिसमें कुल वेटेज 70 था (लिखित 50 + मौखिक 20),

5. जनवरी 2025 में CBA/MSRA परीक्षा आयोजित की गई, जिसका वेटेज 20 था। इसके बाद अर्धवार्षिक परीक्षा के अंकों को घटाकर 50 से 35 (लिखित) और मौखिक को 20 से 15 कर दिया गया।

6. इसलिए “Result Entry Module” में उन्हीं परीक्षाओं के अंक भरें जो वास्तव में आयोजित हुई थीं।

7. अंक भरने के बाद “Show Greensheet” ऑप्शन में जाकर यह जांच लें कि अंक नीचे दिए गए नए वेटेज प्रारूप के अनुसार स्वतः परिवर्तित हुए हैं या नहीं।
