Summary (English)
The poem is a humorous story of a father who tries to rescue a cat stuck in a tree. Dad is overconfident about his climbing skills and ignores Mum’s repeated warnings.

This morning a cat got
Stuck in our tree.
Dad said, “Right, just
Leave it to me.”

He got out the ladder
From the garden shed.
