PAPER- I

I. Geographical, Historical, Cultural and General Knowledge of Rajasthan:-

 Physical features, climate, drainage, vegetation, agriculture, livestock, dairy development, population distribution, growth, literacy, sex ratio, tribes, industries and major tourist centres.
 Ancient Culture & Civilisation of Rajasthan, Kalibangan, Ahar, Ganeshwar, Bairath.

 History of Rajasthan from 8th to 18th Century 

• Gurjar Pratihars
•  Chauhans of Ajmer
• Relations with Delhi Sultanate – Mewar, Ranthambore and Jalore.
• Rajasthan and Mughals – Sanga, Pratap, Mansingh of Amer, Chandrasen, Rai Singh of Bikaner, Raj Singh of Mewar.

Indian Constitution, Political System and Foreign Policy :-

 Constitutional History of India with special reference to Government of India Acts of 1919 and 1935.
 Indian Constitution- Role of Ambedkar, making of Constitution, salient features, Fundamental Rights, Fundamental Duties, Directive Principles of State Policy.
 Offices of the Indian President and Prime Minister.
 Political Parties and Pressure Groups.
 Principles of India’s Foreign Policy and Nehru’s contribution in its making.
 India and U.N.O., emerging trends in International Politics with special reference to Globalization.

IV. Educational Psychology :–
 Educational Psychology – its meaning, scope and implications for teacher in classroom situations.
 Development of Learner

– concept of growth and development, physical, emotional, cognitive, moral and social development.
 Learning

– its meaning and types, different theories of learning and implications for a teacher, transfer of learning, factors affecting learning, constructivist learning.
 Personality

– meaning, theories and measurement, adjustment and its mechanism, maladjustment.
 Intelligence and Creativity

– meaning, theories and measurement, role in learning, emotional intelligence- concept and practices.
 Motivation

– meaning and role in the process of learning, achievement motivation.
 Individual Differences

– meaning and sources, education of children with special needs – Gifted, slow learners and delinquent.
 Concept and Implications in Education of

– Self concept, attitudes, interest & habits, aptitude and social skills.

Exam Scheme – For the competitive examination for the post of Senior Teacher:-
1. The question paper will carry maximum 200 marks.
2. Duration of question paper will be two hours.
3. The question paper will carry 100 questions of multiple choices.
4. Paper shall include following subjects:-

• (i) Geographical, Historical, Cultural and General Knowledge of Rajasthan
• (ii) Current Affairs of Rajasthan
• (iii) General Knowledge of World and India
• (iv) Educational Psychology

5. Negative marking shall be applicable in the evaluation of answer. For every wrong answer one third of the marks prescribed for that particular question shall be deducted.

2nd Grade Paper 1 Syllabus in Hindi

I. राजस्थान का भौगोलिक, ऐतिहासिक, सांस्कृतिक एवं सामान्य ज्ञान:-

 भौतिक विशेषताएं, जलवायु, जल निकासी, वनस्पति, कृषि, पशुधन, डेयरी विकास, जनसंख्या वितरण, विकास, साक्षरता, लिंग अनुपात, जनजातियां, उद्योग और प्रमुख पर्यटन केंद्र।
 राजस्थान की प्राचीन संस्कृति और सभ्यता, कालीबंगा, अहार, गणेश्वर, बैराठ।

 राजस्थान का इतिहास 8वीं से 18वीं शताब्दी तक 

• गुर्जर प्रतिहार
• अजमेर के चौहान
• दिल्ली सल्तनत के साथ संबंध – मेवाड़, रणथंभौर और जालौर।
• राजस्थान और मुगल – सांगा, प्रताप, आमेर के मानसिंह, चंद्रसेन, बीकानेर के राय सिंह, मेवाड़ के राज सिंह।

 राजस्थान में स्वतंत्रता संग्राम का इतिहास

• 1857 की क्रांति.
• राजनीतिक जागृति.
• प्रजामंडल आंदोलन.
• किसान और जनजातीय आंदोलन.

 राजस्थान का एकीकरण

राजस्थान की राजनीतिक एवं प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था :-

 राज्यपाल का कार्यालय; भूमिका और कार्य.
 मुख्यमंत्री और कैबिनेट (राज्य मंत्रिपरिषद)।
 राज्य सचिवालय और मुख्य सचिव।
 राजस्थान लोक सेवा आयोग का संगठन एवं भूमिका।

II राजस्थान के करेंट अफेयर्स :-

 सामाजिक-आर्थिक, राजनीतिक, खेल और खेल पहलुओं से संबंधित राज्य स्तर पर प्रमुख वर्तमान मुद्दे और घटनाएं।

III. विश्व एवं भारत का सामान्य ज्ञान :-

 महाद्वीप, महासागर और उनकी विशेषताएं, वैश्विक पवन प्रणाली, पर्यावरणीय मुद्दे और रणनीतियाँ, वैश्वीकरण और उसके प्रभाव, जनसंख्या वितरण और प्रवासन।
 भारत:- भौतिक विशेषताएं, मानसूनी प्रणाली, जल निकासी, वनस्पति और ऊर्जा संसाधन।
भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था:-
 भारत में कृषि, उद्योग और सेवा क्षेत्र में वृद्धि और विकास।
भारत का विदेश व्यापार: रुझान, संरचना और दिशा।

भारतीय संविधान, राजनीतिक व्यवस्था एवं विदेश नीति :-

 1919 और 1935 के भारत सरकार अधिनियमों के विशेष संदर्भ में भारत का संवैधानिक इतिहास।
 भारतीय संविधान- अम्बेडकर की भूमिका, संविधान का निर्माण, मुख्य विशेषताएं, मौलिक अधिकार, मौलिक कर्तव्य, राज्य के नीति निदेशक सिद्धांत।
 भारतीय राष्ट्रपति और प्रधान मंत्री के कार्यालय।
 राजनीतिक दल और दबाव समूह।
 भारत की विदेश नीति के सिद्धांत और इसके निर्माण में नेहरू का योगदान।
 भारत और यू.एन.ओ., वैश्वीकरण के विशेष संदर्भ में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय राजनीति में उभरते रुझान।

IV. शैक्षणिक मनोविज्ञान :-
 शैक्षिक मनोविज्ञान – कक्षा स्थितियों में शिक्षक के लिए इसका अर्थ, दायरा और निहितार्थ।
 शिक्षार्थी का विकास

– वृद्धि और विकास की अवधारणा, शारीरिक, भावनात्मक, संज्ञानात्मक, नैतिक और सामाजिक विकास।
 सीखना

– इसका अर्थ और प्रकार, सीखने के विभिन्न सिद्धांत और एक शिक्षक के लिए निहितार्थ, सीखने का हस्तांतरण, सीखने को प्रभावित करने वाले कारक, रचनात्मक शिक्षा।
 व्यक्तित्व

– अर्थ, सिद्धांत और माप, समायोजन और उसका तंत्र, कुसमायोजन।
 बुद्धिमत्ता और रचनात्मकता

– अर्थ, सिद्धांत और माप, सीखने में भूमिका, भावनात्मक बुद्धिमत्ता- अवधारणा और अभ्यास।
 प्रेरणा

– सीखने की प्रक्रिया में अर्थ और भूमिका, उपलब्धि प्रेरणा।
 व्यक्तिगत मतभेद

– अर्थ और स्रोत, विशेष आवश्यकता वाले बच्चों की शिक्षा – प्रतिभाशाली, धीमी गति से सीखने वाले और अपराधी।
 शिक्षा में अवधारणा और निहितार्थ

– आत्म अवधारणा, दृष्टिकोण, रुचि और आदतें, योग्यता और सामाजिक कौशल।

 

Second Grade Paper Exam Scheme वरिष्ठ अध्यापक पद हेतु प्रतियोगी परीक्षा हेतु:-
1. प्रश्न पत्र अधिकतम 200 अंकों का होगा।
2. प्रश्न पत्र की अवधि दो घंटे होगी.
3. प्रश्न पत्र में बहुविकल्पीय 100 प्रश्न होंगे।
4. पेपर में निम्नलिखित विषय शामिल होंगे: –

• (i) राजस्थान का भौगोलिक, ऐतिहासिक, सांस्कृतिक और सामान्य ज्ञान
• (ii) राजस्थान के समसामयिक मामले
• (iii) विश्व और भारत का सामान्य ज्ञान
• (iv) शैक्षिक मनोविज्ञान

5. उत्तर के मूल्यांकन में नेगेटिव मार्किंग लागू होगी. हर गलत उत्तर के लिए उस विशेष प्रश्न के लिए निर्धारित अंकों में से एक तिहाई अंक काटे जायेंगे।
