Applications are invited for the post of recruitment of Community Health Officer Community Health Officer (CHO) (on contractual basis) at Health & Wellness Centre (Health Sub Centres) under National Health Mission. State Health Society, Bihar invites online applications from candidates for the post of ‘Community Health Officer CHO Recruitment(on contractual basis) under National Health Mission. This post is meant to lead the primary care provider team consisting of female health workers, male health workers, ASHA’s etc at Health Sub-Centres- Health & Wellness Centres (HSC- HWCs) for implementation of Public health programmes, enable Comprehensive Primary Health Care service delivery, including disease prevention and health promotion.
CHO Recruitment Eligibility criteria Essential Qualifications:
- B.Sc. (Nursing) with successful completion of six months’ integrated curriculum of Certificate in Community Health (CCH) from an Indian Nursing Council/ State Nursing Council recognized institute or university from academic year 2020 onwards**.
OR - Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) with successful completion of six months’ Integrated curriculum of Certificate Course in Community Health (CCH) from an Indian Nursing Council/ State Nursing Council recognized institute or university from academic year 2020 onwards**
**Note: For clarification the academic year refer for integration of middle level health provider (MLHP), ie, student who have undergone 4 year B.Sc. Nursing and 2 year Post B.Sc. Nursing in the year 2019-2020 or onwards and passed the course successfully.
OR - B.Sc. (Nursing) Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) General Nurse and Midwifery (GNM) passed candidates who have completed Certificate Course in Community Health (CCH) through IGNOU other State Public Health/ Medical Universities as per curriculum of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Goyt of India (specified for eligibility of CHOs by Ministry or windows Health & Family Welfare, GOI).Colle is no activate Windows
CHO Recruitment Age Limit:
- Minimum Age should be 21 Years
