Technician ‘A’: 10th + ITI Certificate + 1–2 years’ experience

Jr. Stenographer: 12th + 80 w.p.m. in English shorthand

Office Assistant: 12th + Typing test 35 wpm (Eng) or 30 wpm (Hindi)
